Feb 1: Oh my gosh...I can't believe it is already February!! Today Jen and I took the girls to the mall to get some energy out at the play area. They both had a great time! Oh...and the Steelers won the Superbowl!!!!!!!!!!!

Jan 30/31: I resisted Facebook for a long time and joined it this fall. Now, I love it and it has allowed me to connect with old friends. My friend Jen who I work with and went to junior high and high school with was the one who got me started on Facebook. She kept saying "guess who I found today..." So, I checked it out and have loved it ever since.

Jan 29: I am obsessed with owls right now. I love to incorporate them into my scrapbooking and am now starting to collect them as well. If you know me, you know that I have had many collections throughout the years, but I think this will be my favorite! I have 2 owls right now, with hopes of finding many more! The orange and green one I got at Barnes and Noble of all places! The other one I found at Ten Thousand Villages. It was made in Nicaragua and is acutally an instrument!

Jan 28: I went to one of those liquidation art shows that they hold at hotels recently and found this painting. I really love it and wish that they had it in a bigger size. I didn't go until later in the afternoon, so there weren't that many paintings left. Next time it is in town, I will try to make it there a bit earlier in the day to see what treasures I can find!

Jan 27: My mom got me started on pottery. She has been collecting for a while now, and when I went to a show with her one summer, I found some great pots. I also took a pottery class in college, which was a blast. I hope to take another class someday, it is very relaxing!
